- Scope: Restricted and unrestricted fund tracking, grant tracking, budget-to-actual reporting, and board financial packages.

### Rental portfolio bookkeeping, 1 to 3 properties
- Starting price: $400 / month
- Scope: Property-level books, loan and escrow accounting, and property manager statement reconciliation.

### Rental portfolio bookkeeping, 4 to 10 properties
- Starting price: $700 / month
- Scope: Property-level reporting across a larger portfolio, with multi-entity separation where needed.

- Scope: Fixed-price quote after a review of your books. Price depends on months behind, transaction volume, and condition of the records.

### Year-End Books Health Check

- Scope: A review of your books for the year so far, a prioritized fix list, and a cleanup quote. Credited if you hire us within 30 days. If it surfaces fewer than three actionable items, you do not pay.

### Fractional CFO
- Starting price: $2,500 / month
- Scope: Forecasting, KPI reporting, budgeting, and financial decision support, scoped to your reporting cadence and complexity.
